This is you, and we need your stand out administration and customer service skills and keen eye for detail to join our Hospitality Team at the London Stadium.
 

Delaware North believes in the power of partnership and working collaboratively – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. So, the ideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar administration or support role or has worked within the hospitality industry and can demonstrate strong administration and customer service skills. 

This role will be responsible for the administrative and coordination activities which support the Hospitality and Meetings & Events operation. Duties will include managing paperwork for the operation of all events, co-ordinating , creating and managing all paperwork which supports the hospitality, culinary and event teams, which includes: typing tasting notes; arranging event orders and stock sheets and distributing all relevant paperwork as required, consolidating event day feedback as well as building staff rosters and completing payroll within the given timescale.

This role is offered on a guaranteed hours basis of 24 hours per week, paying £11.24 per hour
