Delaware North are looking a key player to join our Culinary team at the London Stadium and we need you and your drive , willingness and belief in the power of partnership to have a place in our first team.

Reporting into the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef, this role ensures that the effective operation of Concessions within the internal kiosks, fan zone, South Park Kiosks, Hawking and Mobile unites. Responsibilities will include working effectively with the Culinary management team and Concessions team to implement the effective operational delivery and financial planning to achieve the department budget, maintaining a commercial focus on all aspects, looking to continually maintain commercial focus, whilst communicating and training the variable workforce to agreed standards and maintaining health and safety policies. 

The Hiring Manager is looking for a self starter who is experienced in keeping up the pace with a professional kitchen or catering environment. They need a good IT knowledge and planning skills and Health and Safety knowledge would be invaluable.   
 

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week, the successful candidate will need to be flexible as event and weekend work will be required in accordance with the West Ham United fixtures.
