This is you, and we need your stand out administration, people skills and keen eye for detail to join our Head Office Team as our HR Administrator.

Delaware North believes in the power of partnership and working collaboratively – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. So, the ideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar HR administration or support role and has a passion for always driving people forward.

Assisting the HR Business Partners in all HR administrator functions, ensuring best practice is applied across all Delaware North sites, this role will be responsible for providing second line support and advice on any HR or ER related issues to the business, communicating and escalating issues to the appropriate level, ensuring all ER issues are tracked and recorded in an appropriate manner whilst ensuring a high level of consistent service to the organisation.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis of 40 hours per week.
