This is you, and we need your stand out ability to cope under pressure, excellent eye for detail and ability to help set-up PC’s to join the I.T. team. The ideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar I.T background, have working knowledge of WLAN, MLAN and telephony and will be skilled in managing and developing IT users and system needs.  

Duties will include providing an effective IT business system and event day support at Ricoh Arena including end user technical support and configuration of local IT systems. On event days you will also manage a small IT team of 1-2 people.   

This role is offered on a permanent full time, which will include working event days or lone working as required, so the ideal candidate will need to be flexible.
