This is you, and we need your stand out customer service skills and keen eye for detail to join our team at Wembley Stadium within our Boxes Department. This role assists in the day-to-day operational delivery of the meetings booked by internal clients within the Corporate Boxes. From early morning coffee sessions, lunch meetings and afternoon tea treats, our internal clients expect a discreet, friendly and efficient service. 

Delaware North believes in the power of partnership and working collaboratively – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. So, the ideal candidate has some customer service or hospitality experience. This roles is offered on a variable basis and therefore hours are not guaranteed but there is the opportunity to work up to 15-25 hours each week. Shifts are either 7am - 3pm, 9am - 5pm and 11am -7pm with availability for the late shift being a preference for candidates.
