Our staff need to encompass these words as we need you to be able to carry out your duties tirelessly with a smile on your face to put our customers at ease. Our customers are unique in airports as they are often nervous, anxious, frustrated with delays, excited, exhilarated and exuberant. Whatever the emotion we are there to share the excitement, empathise the delays and put at ease the nerves. It is ever changing, but always rewarding, which is why we need you to join our team to help us be the best that we can be.

Our Friska store is now open at London Luton Airport where Delaware North are offering the distinctive menu to those jetting off from this bustling refreshed airport terminal, and we are busier than ever!

Delaware North are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our feel good London Luton Airport team and deliver a quality service to our customers.

This role will be offered on a fixed term guaranteed hour basis of 16 or 32 hours per week from April - October. Our Friska store is open all day, every day so we are looking for team members who can be flexible around the following shift times: 2am – 11am, 4am – 1pm, 11am – 8pm or 1pm – 10pm.
