You know everything these is to know about sequence of service, and the customer service skills that come together to delight your guests. You anticipate every customers need and you know what they'll order the second they step through the door. This is you, and we need you as part of our A La Carte Restaurants team at the Emirates Stadium. 
The Diamond Club is an ultra exclusive luxury suite which is reserved for just 84 members and their guest for each Arsenal home match. The restaurant is led by Raymond Blanc who is widely acknowledged as one of the finest chefs in the world.
The WM Club is exclusive a la carte restaurant, bar and lounge is named after the revolutionary 3-2-2-3 WM formation. The menu design and culinary flair is influenced by Tommy Fairhall who is trained by Raymond Blanc at the two star Michelin Star restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.
Our a la carte waiting staff are not only required to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests but also to ensure the overall guest experience is second to none. With members and regular guests, staff will be expected to be able to interact with guests, remembering drinks preferences and special requests.Waiting staff will look after a small number of guests and will be their guests main point of call for all queries giving them attentive and personal service. 
Ideal candidates will have experience in a premium restaurant environment or members club and have excellent knowledge of food, wine and pairings. 
This role is based on match and event days at the Arsenal Football Club on evenings and weekends, and is offered on a casual basis with no guaranteed hours of work. A La Carte Waiting Staff are rewarded with an hourly rate of £10.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
