The role of Hospitality Manager at the Ricoh Arena, home of Wasps, Wasps Netball and Coventry City FC is responsible for the smooth planning, client management, implementation, operations, delivery, management and reporting of all food and beverage areas for Meeting & Events.

Duties will include, managing the relationship with internal and external clients in a positive and professional manner, reviewing and working to labour budgets produced on a weekly P&L, ensuring efficient and professional delivery of outstanding customer service to guests within the Meeting & Events business whilst, driving the hospitality business effectively in line with company standards and strategies.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, the ideal candidate will come from a similar role, be an excellent people manager who has managed a team of front line staff, will be able to deliver quality service and has managed a P&L, Cost of Good and Labour budget.

This role is offered on a permanent full time basis and will include working across event and non-event days in accordance with the fixtures at Ricoh Arena therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours as evening and weekend work is required.
