This is you, and we need your podium worthy eye for detail and appetite for people development to join our Profit Protection team across our London Stadia sites including Wembley Stadium, London Stadium and the Emirates

This role will play a vital part in ensuring the population of Retail Team Leaders within our Stadias are performing at the required level to effectively deliver their role. The role will be responsible for assessing team leaders training to ensure they are on track in their training programme before being signed off in their role. Duties will include carrying out assessment audits within the Team Leader training programme, providing feedback on performance & training, overseeing training team leader’s exam progress and mark results whist delivering a schedule of live assessments of the current Team Leader pool.

This role is offered on variable basis and will include working match days in accordance with the London Stadia therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours as evening and weekend work is required.
