This is you, and we need your stand out culinary skills, ability to lean forward and keen eye for detail to join our culinary team at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Ricoh Arena. The Hotel itself was refurbished in October 2015 and boasts 121 guest rooms including 50 queen rooms with stadium views of Ricoh Arena! Across the food offer within the hotel, our team serves up to 240 people per day for breakfast, 250 covers within the restaurant on exhibition days and 150 on Match Days.

The role of Chef de Partie will work closely with the Culinary brigade to manage all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest and member experience. Duties will include ensuring all food preparation meets standards, preparing and presenting high quality food, keeping all work areas clean and tidy, whilst assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the training of all staff on kitchen compliance procedures. 

This role is offered on a 40 hour a week, full-time basis and will include working evenings and weekends therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours as evening and weekend work is required.
