This is you, and we need your stand out administration and customer service skills and keen eye for detail to join our Head Office Team as our Office Manager.

Delaware North believes in the power of partnership and working collaboratively – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. So, the ideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar administration or support role or has worked within the hospitality industry and can demonstrate strong administration and customer service skills. 

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Delaware North Corporate office team including our UK Executive Team. Duties will include answering all incoming calls received via the main Delaware North switch board, opening, dating and stamping post daily, book and arrange any travel arrangements for all UK employees where needed, whilst booking couriers and distributing business email communications.

This role is offered on a guaranteed hours basis of 24 hours per week, with working hours being Monday – Thursday, 9am to 3pm
