Our Coffee Partner 200 Degrees are artisan coffee roasters, proprietors of distinctive coffee shops and unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks and we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to join our team at The BackYard at the Pride Park Stadium. The role will take full responsibility for the cafe offer, ensuring high levels of customer service and product quality. Leads the front of house team in an effective and efficient manner whilst driving revenues and engaging with all customers and client groups.

Reporting to the unit General Manager, this role is offered on a full-time basis of 48 hours per week paying £25,000 per annum as well as an attractive incentive plan.
