This is you, and we need your stand out customer service skills and keen eye for detail to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Ricoh Arena as a Room Attendant. The Hotel itself was refurbished in October 2015 and boasts 121 guest rooms including 50 queen rooms with stadium views of Ricoh Arena!

The ideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar room attendant role within a Hotel or has worked within the hospitality or hotel industry and can demonstrate strong customer service skills. This role delivers outstanding levels of cleanliness and guest comfort in the Guest Room environment and acts as the face of the hotel to ensure that guests have a memorable experience at the hotel, whilst working together with the housekeeping team to action customer need.

This role is offered on a guaranteed hours basis of 8 hours per week.
