Support the annual budgeting process
- Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development of team members, and demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Support hospitality services at London Stadium with strong organisational skills and resources
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed
- Follow all finance, payroll, and purchasing company procedures, and produce accurate post event reporting
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
- Support hospitality services using business efficiency tools, organisational skills, and other resources to deliver to a high standard
- Ensure great products, services, programmes, and initiatives are delivered by the hospitality team
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in the hiring process. Assist with the on-boarding, training, and development of employed and casual team members to drive a culture of high performance where quality food and guest service are top priorities
- Follow all company procedures pertaining to finance, payroll, and purchasing to enable accurate post event reporting
- Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed
- Ensure that the operation is in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility including health & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards
- Remain flexible and work at an acceptable pace in a demanding environment, assisting where necessary in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, ensuring any guest requirements are catered for
- Adhere to Food Safety legislation, statutory and company policies and procedures, ensuring catering and storage areas are clean, hygienic and adheres to all Health & Safety standards
- Process complaints politely and positively, making every effort to resolve them at the time
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible in accordance with the schedule, monitoring all waste disposal bins, adhering to the waste policy and ensuring items are for recycling are placed in correct waste disposal bins
- Assist in receipt of all deliveries, ensuring that all items arrive and are correctly put away using
