Delaware North, a global leader in hospitality and food service with significant food and beverage operations in the United Kingdom, today published its Delaware North UK Gender Pay Gap 2017 report. Significantly, there was no median difference in wages between men and women. This figure of 0% is an outstanding achievement compared to the UK national median gender pay gap of 18.2%

From April 2017, UK legislation requires that companies with more than 250 staff are legally required to publish gender pay gap statistics.
