This is you, and we need your stand out customer service skills and keen eye for detail to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Ricoh Arena as a Front Office (Reception) team member. The Hotel itself was refurbished in October 2015 and boasts 121 guest rooms including 50 queen rooms with stadium views of Ricoh Arena!

Delaware North believes in the power of partnership and working collaboratively – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. So, the ideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar Receptionist or Front Office role in a Hotel or has worked within the hospitality industry and can demonstrate strong administration and customer service skills. 

This role acts as the face of the hotel to ensure that guests have a memorable welcome experience to the hotel and responsibilities include: providing a high level of customer service at all times, information guests of room packages, promotes and rates within the hotel whilst maximising room occupancy by up-selling and promoting the hotel’s services.

This role is offered on a guaranteed hours basis of 8 hours per week. Our team work on a rotational basis on a 7 days week basis, mornings, evening, night shifts and weekends are required with shift patterns running as follows: 7.00am – 3.30pm, 2.30pm-10.00pm, 8.00pm-8.00am
