 This is you and we need you to join our small but talented and productive Sales Team at London Stadium as Sales & Events Coordinator.

The ideal candidate would come from a similar event or sales coordination role or has been an event administrator or has worked within the hospitality industry and can demonstrate strong administration skills.

Reporting to the Sales & Events Coordination Manager and ensuring that an impeccable coordination and administration service for Meetings & Events and Hospitality business is delivered,

The role will involve working closely with the Hospitality and Culinary teams to ensure meetings & events are coordinated and executed seamlessly, as anticipated by clients hosting events at the mighty London Stadium in Stratford, championing the needs of the client when dealing with event enquires, conducting site visits and client planning meetings and producing detailed event schedule. 

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis of 40 hours per week, paying up to £26,000 depending on experience.
