You are the cog at the centre of the housekeeping operations ensuring all the parts are moving correctly, you never appear flustered no matter how busy you are and most of all, you never stop until you know the job is done. 

Delaware North believes in the power of partnership and working collaboratively – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. So if this is you, we need you to join our Housekeeping team at the Ricoh Arena to develop and lead the team, ensure delivery of financial targets, maintaining compliance with health and safety, leading on a health and safety culture, building, developing and managing an effective team, delivering sustainable financial results whilst ensuring positive client relationships. The ideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar Housekeeping role in a large corporate hospitality or sports service environment and has managed a large team. 

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis of 40 hours per week, with shift times to accommodate business needs which can be early, late or overnight when required.
